Staff were wonderful! Especially the breakfast staff. One night shift desk attendant was stand offish- but everyone else, housekeeping, other desk attendants and breakfast staff were great!

We booked and paid for King Studio Suite, but when we entered the room, the first thing we noticed are the bed is not king size and no sofa bed. We went back to the reception to complain, and he said there's no more King Studio Suite available, so we were stuck for the last room available at the hotel. Not very happy about that.

We chose the Ayres Hotel because of the brand’s strong reputation, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. The price was very fair, and our check-in experience with Wendy was outstanding—she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—better than most hotel offerings. We’ll definitely stay at an Ayres Hotel again whenever we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!
