Location en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Appartement très calme ( Par un temps de canicule nous dormions avec fenêtres ouvertes), spacieux, très propre et bien équipé.Proche du marché, de tous les commerces et des plus belles plages de l'Ile.Si à cela vous ajoutez une très bonne communication et disponibilité de Donatien ( le propriétaire que nous remercions), vous avez tous les ingrédients pour un excellent séjour.Carlo & Isabelle (Juin 2025)

Sommer im Herbst!

Wir waren im September drei Wochen in der Fewo von Monsieur Guillet. Sie ist großzügig von der Fläche her, liegt im 1. OG, hat zwei große und ein kleines Zimmer, ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Salz, Zucker, und alles zur Vorbereitung von Salatdressing ausgestattet. Gute Betten, schönes Bad mit großem Fenster. Der Garten genannte Vorhof ist zwar „geschottert, aber für Frühstück oder Mittag dort auch gut ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm. Auch Wäsche haben wir dort getrocknet. Der Vermieter wies auf eine Fahrradvermietung wenige 100m weiter hin. Mit diesen haben wir dann die Insel erkundet. Tolle Strände, idyllische Wälder, bizarre Felsen, toll! Ebenso begeisterte uns das Angebot an und in vielen Restaurants ca. 5 min. mit dem Rad, 15 zu Fuß entfernt. Die Preise für deutsche Gäste unglaublich: teilweise unter 30 € ein sehr schönes Dreigangmenü, fast immer unter 40 €, dazu alles sehr lecker! Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen!

Maison très fonctionnelle, emplacement très calme, mais en même temps proche du centre, propriétaire très coopératif et charmant. Juste une petite remarque si vous venez en voiture pendant la haute saison, le parking peut poser un problème.

Location fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes

Location propre et parfaite pour 4 personnes malgré les 6 couchages. A 5 nous étions un peu à l’étroit: 4 sièges au salon, table de cuisine pour 4 qui devient très petite avec un 5e couvert, table de la courette pour 4 si on veut manger, et ballon d’eau pour 4 max si on étale les douches sur la journée. Étant proche du centre, il est possible de faire beaucoup à pied ou en vélo (courses, visites) mais forcément la plage est beaucoup plus loin, ce qui n’est pas un problème pour certains mais plus ennuyeux si on a des enfants qui veulent y aller souvent! Le propriétaire était très disponible et réactif, l’appartement bien équipé (quoique manquant de placards dans la cuisine) mais le prix demandé est trop élevé par rapport à d’autres locations pour 4, avec un vrai jardin et plus proche de la plage.

Agréable séjour

L’appartement est agréable et relativement bien situé, assez proche du centre et près des pistes cyclables. Il est très bien équipé, il manque peut-être des ventilateurs d’appoint dans les chambres pour les jours/nuits de forte chaleur. Nous étions 3 pour l’essentiel du séjour (1 adulte, 1 ado et 1 enfant de 10 ans) et 4 les derniers jours (1 ado de plus). À mon sens, même si il y a effectivement 6 couchages, ce serait un peu juste pour 6 personnes, notamment parce que le cumulus ne fait que 100L et que la table extérieure loge tout juste 4 couverts. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et il s’est montré disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de lui.

Appartement et jardin très agréable et idéalement situé pour évoluer à pied à Noirmoutiers en l’île. Chambres propres lumineuses et agréables. Bonne et facile communication avec le gérant. Deux choses à déplorer : la non fourniture de draps, serviettes, torchons et tapis de bain. Le prix de la location pourrait largement en prévoir à disposition des vacanciers afin de leur éviter d’importants volumes à transporter. Et l’absence de poubelle individuelle quand toutes les maisons alentours ont les leurs qui sont ramassés 2 fois dans la semaine. Les poubelles municipales se trouvant sur le parking voisin ne sont pas si proches.

Situation pratique: proche du centre, pas trop éloignée des plages ni des bois ni des marais ni des chemins 100% cyclables. Loc top, calme, spacieuse, bon état, cour/jardin intérieure très calme et agréable. On aurait aimé rester une semaine de plus !
