DĂ©ception en arrivant dramatique
l'intermĂ©diaire l'agence Foncia n'a pas Ă©tĂ© Ă la hauteur ,n'a pas dit clairement et officiellement ( malgrĂ© ses dires ) que les clĂ©s ne se trouvait pas (comme ils se fait habituellement) A LA PORTE de l'appartement ,dans un boitier avec code, mais les clĂ©s se trouvaient Ă l'agence !!! ? En arrivant trĂšs tard Ă cause des retards d'avion , et pas vĂ©hiculĂ© ( pas de taxi ) je n'allait pas refaire 8 kilomĂštres Ă pieds pour trouver BIEN SĂR l'agence fermĂ©e .Et bien sĂ»r que des rĂ©pondeurs au numĂ©ros de tel de Foncia et Abritel !!! de plus pas de numĂ©ro sur les mĂ»rs de l'immeuble pas de numĂ©ro sur la porte de l'appartement . J'ai bien cru que c'Ă©tait une arnaque ,personne dans les rues j'ai dĂ» prendre une chambre d'hotel indiquĂ© par la gendarmerie . Une prĂ©cision l'apparence extĂ©rieur de l'immeuble est horrible ; l'appart sale , la s de b horrible la Vaisselle pour cuisine ? pour 3 personnes non Ă peine pour une , mĂȘme pas un couteau Ă huitre dans une ville comme Noirmoutier l'on croit ''rĂȘver"!!! La responsable de Foncia le lendemain n'a mĂȘme pas dĂ©niĂ© m'accompagner Ă l'appart Ă 8km prĂ©textant ne pas avoir de voiture C'est se Ficher de la tĂȘte de ses clients !!!! Cette personne n'est pas Ă sa place , Cette personne ne m'a mĂȘme pas demandĂ© oĂ» j'avais dormi la nuit derniĂšre ??? Inacceptable . Je veux vous demander quel est le but, le rite ou la provocation de mettre des Ă©ponges sales un peu partout dans l'appart !!! ?? j'ai pris des photos au moins Huit !!La hote de marche pas etc

TrÚs bon emplacement et terrasse agréable
PrÚs du port et nombreuses plages à proximité. Commerces et restaurants à cÎté. Ambiance animée et voisins sympathiques. Possibilité de louer des vélos.
Il faudrait ameliorer le matelas. Pour le reste c'est correct.

Situation de l'appartement sympa, proximité du port et des commerces
Appartement bien situé mais visiblement laissé à l'abandon. Appareils ménagers et équipements cuisines obsolÚtes,
Hotte aspirante et ventilation salle d'eau hors d'usage,
Lampe de chevet dans la chambre absente, etc ......
Copropriété mal entrenue, une impression de laisser-aller;

appartemement limité a la location
location trÚs agée ou le ménage est a revoir!! les photos du mobilier ne correspondent pas du tout a ce que l on a vu : chaise relax rouilléet cassé depuis plusieurs annees tancarville cassé sommier de lit immonde et tres sale et j en passe !!!conclusion :appartement inlouable! ps :trÚs bon acceuil de l agence
