The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient.

Great location, heart of the city with a grant shopping mall next to it. Countless restaurant near by, plus helpful and friendly staffs, good choice for sure! BTW, breakfast is phenomenal!

Excellent location, room for improvement

Generally pretty good, but compared to newer 5-star hotels, it is showing age in a number of areas including bathroom, TV. Bed is too soft and bouncy, although not uncomfortable, I guess this is pure personal preference. Breakfast was extremely mediocre, not up to Westin standard. Location is fantastic, very convenient to the mall across the street for everything you want.
