Lakeside resort setting outside Ningbo city

We had two rooms, one was upgraded which was very nice of them. However, the thermostat of one room did not work, which was freezing. The resort setting was beautiful and tranquil. The Chinese restaurant was excellent where we had two dinners. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive and good quality. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Hotel fasilitas cukup bagus, cuma maintainace kurang sekali, ginap 2 malam harus pindah 2X kamar,kamar pertama kamar mandi shower cuma air panas yg deras air dingin kecil, bahaya kena air panas langsung. The Tea House

作为一晚3千多的柏悦酒店，不能说满意，甚至是失望的。一抵达酒店就看到大门处烟蒂、塑料瓶。办理入住时排队时间实在太久了，仅因柜台只有2名服务人员办理入住手续，而且花上大把时间在推销后续的餐饮预订及其他付费项目。晚上，满怀期待的前往酒店中餐厅“东钱渔港”用晚餐，结束后等接驳车又花了半小时，期间不停的询问，只收到服务员说“已经叫车了”，结果就是在院子里被蚊子咬的满腿 ：（，还为此错过了酒吧的昆曲。总体体验非常不满意！！

8月の平日に2泊しました。混んでなかったせいか部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。数日前の台風の影響で屋外のプールがメンテナンス中で使えず大変残念でしたが、室内プールも楽しめました。気軽にリゾート気分を味わえて満足しています。

服务人员很热情，房间也很干净，就是灯光很暗，可能是特意营造如此氛围，但是房间内有楼梯，小朋友摔了几次了，这两者是不是该综合考虑一下。其他都很完美，餐饮也不错。

期待していた雰囲気が用意されています

外国人が期待する中国の建物の雰囲気がここにはたくさんあります。静かな湖畔の集落を長い時間をかけてリゾートにしただけあり、ホテルから出なくても良いホテルです。海鮮レストランの中華はこの街一番のお味かと。

優雅に過ごせるリゾートホテル

古きの良さと時代の鼓動を両方体験できる作りがとても気に入りました。山水画のような湖と山を眺めているだけで時間が静かに過ぎていきます。サービススタッフのレベルは総じて高く、快適に滞在できました。

极好的体验，我们一家三口极喜欢

非常非常棒，整个酒店设计的非常精美，房间很大很有品位，我和老公和孩子流连忘返，实在不想离开，并且决定将这个酒店列为我们度假首选。在入住期间，孩子玩具没电了，前台的候姓女孩积极帮助寻找，随后维修人员带着改锥来的时候还留给我们了备用电池，太令人惊喜和感动了。

中餐厅特别棒！

房型和服务都无可挑剔，中餐厅和西餐厅都吃过了，相比而言中餐厅更加棒，西餐厅的菜品单调了一点
