The staff is extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more pleasant. The interior bar is so cool — This is one of the oldest buildings in Innsbruck. We also had dinner there and it was fantastic — gourmet. And to top it off the location is within walking distance throughout the town. We highly recommend it.

Right in the middle of town, you can see the snowy mountains from the window, clean, efficient, walk to the entire old town, friendly and apart from the fact that the room was tiny but this is typical of europe, not much to complain about.

Great hotel in a perfect area of Innsbruck. The staff was excellent and very helpful in the bar and restaurant we're very good. I had the best pork schnitzel of my trip at the restaurant so I highly recommend if you eat at the restaurant to get it. My wife got the goulash and it was fantastic. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for your visit

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with check-in. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and has a lot of old world charm. The room we had was a little cramped and in hindsight, I wish we had upgraded to a larger room. The breakfast menu was great, with a large selection of fresh, local food choices. Fresh sqeezed OJ, mimosas and fresh pastries were wonderful. The outdoor patio dining area was a great place to grab a drink, relax and watch the people walking the streets of Old Town Innsbruck. Highly recommend this hotel.

Shopping is immediately accessible in a lovely pedestrian only area. The Golden Roof is 1 min away and ski access to many slopes is easily accessible by bus. An overall excellent choice and location. I would stay here again!
