The hotel cancelled our reservation without any notice. Arrived tired only to find out we did not have a room. Ended up staving in another hotel for twice the price. Not sure when I will receive a refund.

Upon arrival from the US into Nice, we had a wonderful welcome... there was no reservation, and we have to walk from hotel to hotel until we found a hotel. The receptionist stated "we do not work with Expedia, we canceled all the contracts with them because they are unprofessional". I made 4 hotel reservations for our 9-day trip France-Italy over 4 mobths ago, so there is not excuse for a confirmed reservation to just desapear. At this point, I don't know who is worst Hotel Berlioz or Expedia??. Either way

Malheureusement, javais réservé depuis avril, a mon arrive on me dit quil ny a pas de réservation pour moi car cet hotel ne travaille plus avec hotel.com. je nai pas ete prevenu. Je me suis retrouvé sans hotel. Heureusement que le receptionniste m'a aidé a trouver un autre hotel. Du coup au lieu de rester 2 nuits a Nice je suis repartie le lendemain car lhotel m'a coûte 161.01€ la nuit . Je nai rien a dire sur lhotel Berlioz par contre je ne travaillerais plus jamais avec Hotel.com ils ne sont pas correctes . Je vous déconseille de reserver avec Hotel .com. car moi jai été victime d'une arnaque. Ils m'ont gâché la fin de mon séjour jai été tres contrarié et ensuite malade suite à ce problème le 21 aout a 21h jetais dehors. Je revenais de Warsovie très fatiguée je ne souhaite à personne se que jai enduré a cause de hotel.com.
