Location location location in Nice
Everything was great. We loved the location. Great space. It was walking distance to old town. 3 min walk to beach. Neighborhood. Street parking can be tough but we got lucky in finding a spot. The AC worked great for those hot summer nights. The apartment could have used a beach umbrella for the guest to use. Be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage. Apartment as described. It would have been a nice touch to have the host left a little welcome treat upon arrival as it makes it have a more personal touch. Property was responsive

Sunlight Properties LEGEND: 2
Overall the Legend was a good experience. It was very much as advertised the owner/agent (Elana) was very very accomodating allowing us early access (at noon) She gave us excellent references to a couple great restaurants and easy to follow directions to numerous tourist sites. The location is good with easy access to multiple stores, restaurants, beach and about 20 min walk to the train station or Vieux Nice. The unit is well decorated and equipped.
The unit was very much as advertised with some minor annoyances that need to be addressed or advised to bump it to a 5 star. Such as; Hot water is provided by an instant hot that has very limited duration (could never take more than a 2-3 minute shower) and challenging for 4 occupants. The A/C is very temperamental. Most times it worked great, other times the units (3) would shut down randomly and need to be reset manually; main bathroom is an add on and you cannot use toilet paper in and could use a better vent fan.
A short term issue that we managed, but needs to be addressed is the bed in the master bedroom. While it appears to be newer, and has a good mattress, the supporting slats are damaged resulting in the the collapsing frequently upon entering it from the window side. Great care and caution were needed to manage thru this situation and I am confident that the owners will resolve this.

Ironman WC
We were looking for a comfortable place to stay during Ironman week that would give the athlete in our family a comfortable place to stay. Legend did not disappoint. We were close to all the event venues and the market was very convenient as well. Thank you, Elena for accomodating our unavoidable late arrival (due to a mechanical issue on our airplane) and for being so helpful upon our arrival!

Perfect location for a family vacation

We really enjoyed the apartment. The only donwside is that one of the toilet cannot flush toilet paper which is a bit inconvenience and that the apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator.

Immer wieder...
Wir verbrachten mit unseren zwei Teenagern 1 Woche in der Wohnung in Nizza. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Altstadt ist in ca. 20-25 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Dies hat uns jedoch nie gestört. Abends blieben wir meist in der Gegend der Wohnung da dort weniger Touristen. Die Wounung liegt im 4. Stock - mit Kleinkindern daher eher ungeeignet. Die Grösse der Wohnung ist perfekt für vier Personen. Das Schlafzimmer sowie die Galerie mit den zwei Betten sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer könnte etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit vertragen, die Küche bzw. das Geschirr war z.T. nicht sehr sauber. Der Preis für die Wohnung ist sehr fair. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Très bel appartement bien situé
Très agréable, refait à neuf, bien éclairé, à 100 mètres de la Prom' et 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville.
Les (petits) bémols : pas d'ascenseur (et les 4 étages sont hauts !), pas de parking (et le stationnement est payant dans les rues avoisinantes), il fait chaud sur la mezzanine (sous les velux) mais présence d'une climatisation (non testée).
