The Aircon was not working and therefore the room was very hot. There was no support staff to ask for help. The wardrobe was 2 hooks The facilities were poor, no hairdryer etc Would not recommend

Property was a quick walk across the street from the airport. The walk ended up being even quicker than we expected, as we took the cross-walk instead of the underground passage way that google maps suggests. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Budget Ibis with my toddler. The hotel had not received my request for a cotbed but the gentleman on reception was great and sorted it out quickly. Unlike his colleague who could do with some front of house training! She was the definition of unpleasant. The room was very comfortable and had brilliant air conditioning which made for a very good nights sleep. I had a more comfortable nights sleep here than at the main budget a Heathrow on my outward journey.

I initially tried booking a room but had trouble finishing the process. I assumed the transaction did not go through. The following day I booked again and this time the booking was completed. I realized the first booking actually went through. Working with Expedia this hotel refused to refund my money from first booking even though I did stay at the hotel. I consider this a theft. Additionally breakfast was supposed to be open at 5am. The area appeared to be open but nothing was put out or ready for guests.

Tiny most uncomfortable room ever, no haitdryer

Worst room we have EVER stayed in anywhere in the world over the last 50 years. Said “ multiple beds in the room” The one long side of the double bed is against a wall. If the bunk bed came down , it would be touching the bottom of the bed so everyone has to climb out their beds across the double bed. The width of the space beside the open side of the double bed to the wall is 2 feet , so no place for luggage anywhere! Do you know how many hairdryers the whole hotel has- one, and you have to go to reception to get it!!! And the rate was $220.00 Cdn Unbelievable Would love a refund

The overall impression was good. Clean, friendly service, very good breakfast. Nice view from the window. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but surprisingly comfortable. Very good water pressure in the shower. Very good location—very close to public transport, intercity and international transport. The room was small, but that wasn't the problem, it was the spatial layout. There was a pointless empty space that could have been used for some small functional furniture for luggage. As it is, all the luggage takes up the only small table, and this empty space is just empty and you could do push-ups there, for example :)

Clean and nice hotel near the airport

I'm impressed by the friendliness of the staff, especiallly in a hotel with that many guests near the airport. The lady responsible for check-in made sure everything went smoothly even when several guests arrived at the same time. Clean room and I loved the vending machines.

The room, if you could call it that, is the size of a typical American closet. Basically trip over the bed just to walk by, in the shower is elevated and extremely slippery and super small to where you can't even move around. I will never send another Ibis budget property again! And don't waste time with the breakfast buffet it is a waste of money it's terrible
