Lovely apartment. Definitely worth paying extra for the ocean view. I did have one issue with the noise from the night club across the road - I do have a pre-existing hearing condition so it may not affect someone whose hearing is normal. Noise was really bad first night but got better and staff brought a pair of mufflers which worked. I was in Nha Trang last year. It has changed a lot. Staff was great. Internet excellent and loved the tub of washing powder. Thank you to everyone.

Great Building Lobby but terrible room & service.

I only make effort for reviews when I feel it would be helpful to other travellers. The building, lobby & poolside restaurant was amazing but unfortunately we didn't know we booked the room through Zoom Apartment which is names Sea Luxury Hotel. They don't have regular hotel housekeeping instead just exchange very worn out towels and wipe floors with water. No bedding sheets and pillow change unless 6 days later. We slept on dusty itchy sheets. The balcony sliding door doesn't even close and had a gap which had hot air inside our room yet the air conditioning was old and broken so it barely gave us cool clean air. My husband couldn't sleep all night due to the beach club across the street in front of our balcony playing from 7pm til 2am with heavy disco lights through our curtains. We prepaid 5 night and left on the 3rd day. I had to find a better hotel to stay. The girl staff who checked us in was very sweet but speaks so fast. She tried to be helpful but everyone else didn't even make effort to respond to our housekeeping request. Our towels were wet so it took them til 5pm to change it. We were surprised such room quality & service was even allowed in this very high end building. We didn't ask for refund but gave them healthy feedback. We learned our lesson in booking in Vietnam. Please check everything in your room before you unpack in case it's a bad room.

The property is really nice. The owner just need the little ants wandering around on the kitchen counter top. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay. The staff working here are really nice and helpful. I left my passport behind and they are doing the best to send the passport to me which is 500 km always

We booked the apartment with two bedrooms and contacted the property before check-in. But when we checked in at 10 pm, the apartment was not available. At first, the receptionist tried to put us in 2 separate apartments with one bedroom. However, in the end, only 1 apartment with one bedroom was available, but the apartment was so dirty. Hence, we couldn't stay. Luckily, Expedia customer support was very supportive, and we relocated to another hotel. Otherwise, we would have no place to stay and our holiday would be ruined.
