Do not stay here. Not only are the photos deceiving but the aircon does not work, the room safe was broken, and we only had 1 working lift to service 16 floors. It was a 10min wait for the lift or hiking up and down 16 floors. Not ideal in 33degree heat. The hotel is rundown, as is the outdoor pool (located on the 16th floor. If you are scared of heights, I would not recommend as it is a small area and surrounded by a not so tall glass fence). The sun lounges were falling apart and stained. Reception and management were dismissive of our complaints and unprepared to come to a resolution. They would not give us a refund - even when we offered to pay for 1night as a courtesy. We cancelled our booking (which was for 5nights), and chose to stay at Vesna Hotel up the road. When contacting Lastminute.com they advised that as the hotel had not agreed to waive the refund policy there was nothing they could do and suggested we return to the Regalia Hotel. As part of this the Regalia Hotel also advised that they were still expecting us despite the fact we had confirmed with reception and management in-person that we were cancelling the booking by checking out as a result of the conditions of the hotel. This in itself feels like a scam as because we did not cancel online, the booking was still active, therefore, we were liable for the full 5 days. According to Lastminute.com, if we had cancelled on the day that we checked out, this would not have been the case. Pity we were unaware.

This hotel was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a rooftop pool which catches the sun in the morning . Their breakfast had an omelette and pancake station and was included in the pice Very central to bats and restaurants.

Nice ocean view hotel

Good value for the price

Hotel is well located very close to the beach (150m to the waterline). We were on the 12th floor with sea views and a small balcony, be way though, there is significant road noise (horns) all night. Room was clean and tidy and the small pool on the roof was OK - the photos are a little misleading. Breakfast was average but more than adequate. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance. There was a large Russian contingent at the hotel and the area carters largely for them. Overall the hotel was more than adequate and I'd stay again.

Just across the street from the beach, has a beach area with umbrellas. All toiletries in the room. Very clean. Hotel staff very accommodating and polite, speak multiple languages including English and Russian. Strongly recommended

Great Hotel But Noisy

Big clean hotel room with seaview. Nice beach. Not Crowded. Close proximity to Vinpearl. However noisy in the morning due to construction works

* the hotel is ok , but based on the money we pay I expected it should be better * the so called private beach is crossed the street, which is ok, but for hotel guests still need to pay for the chair and towel, this is ridiculous * breakfast buffet is great * we had two big beds for 4 people with city view. The room is small.The city view is actually looking at the roofs of other smaller hotels, not a pretty view

My First Trip To Nha Trang
