Clean room. When checked in we got a room with no air conditioning After a few attempts to fix they switched us to another room right away. Pool is nice but very cold, couldn’t swim. Breakfast had lots of variety, staffs very friendly and tentative.

Great location, friendly staff, and excellent service. Although there was a slight musty odor in the room, it was very clean and felt luxurious for the price. The location is excellent, with many cafés, food options, massage shops, and shopping areas nearby.

Our stay was amazing! The best hotel we stayed at in all of Vietnam. The service was outstanding. I want to thank the manager Q for answering all our questions and helping us when we were troubled. The room was clean, spacious and they provided all the small cleaning utensils we would need for our stay and beyond. The view was amazing as well

A very large hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. We had a big room which boasted a kitchen (although there was no kitchen equipment that might have made it useful). While the lobby was very imposing, the room was in need of a refresh, which chipped surfaces and scuffs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast catered for all tastes and had a very wide variety of fresh food. The gym was clean and light, and quite well-equipped. Good for a one-night stay.

All the staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival, as we're the waiting areas. Staff were very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage with them while we waited to check in/for our airport transfers. Considering it was a 5 star hotel and our room came with a stove, we were expecting pots, pans, and utensils to be provided. We had to call every night for spoons, forks, and knives to be brought up (as cleaning staff would remove them each day). The "fridge" we had at first was apparently not a fridge but a cooler, and staff explained it was only strong enough to keep water bottles cool. It was not, and we were able to get an actual fridge instead as we needed fruits and drinks to stay cold. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were provided. Smaller beds (expected) but high quality blankets, pillows, and bedding. I have sensitive skin and the bedding didn't trigger my conditions.

I have been in the Melia hotel 20 times, the front office has been deteriorated, a girl nhi name very rude told me to wait until 2 for check in as I understand the policies there is no common sense and flexibility for only one person ruin the stay and the team effort, other than that experience everything amazing as always
