Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to get a hold of her and said that we checked in already but in reality, we didn’t even get the keys! No one checked our confirmation or booking information. It was a waste of time!!!! Stick with an actual hotel that has a conceirge.
