Comfortable stay

Very good stay in a comfortable hotel. Service was great. Couple of things - I felt the dinner menu could be a little more extensive, the check out time of 10 am is a little early. But generally a great stay. Ps I should have mentioned this at check out but the sink plug in room 102 sticks closed 😎

Came down to Devon for a business meeting. Hotel was excellent with a spacious room which was nice and clean. Had a carvery at the Passage Inn which was lovely.

We were waiting at the check in for over twenty minutes before someone came to check us in. The room was nice and clean but the hot water on the shower and bath was capped at 45 degree temp. Which didn’t feel particularly hot.

Staff were lovely, friendly. Good size car park. Lovely views from restaurant during breakfast. Small bar with good choice Room was a good size, decor not the most modern. We booked a double room - bed was 2 twin beds together, but no topper so not the most comfortable due to the gap in the 2 mattresses Both chairs in the room were heavily stained

An old favourite

Passage house apartments is always a comfortable stay. Though the rooms may be dated , I have never had any issues with comfort or things not working. WiFi very reliable. Staff always pleasant. And I can walk to the pub in 5 mins!
