The heating didn’t work so it was freezing in the room, check in I waited nearly 20 mins for someone to come to the desk. I went to the bar to order a drink and the guy ignored me, order kept coming from the restaurant, and he prioritised them and left me waiting. The rooms were really run down.

First thing - extra fee for parking. Quite dirty place, room smelled something between a hospital and a disinfectant. The bathroom in a poor state also dirty. Poor lighting, no ceiling light, stained carpet. Steam room not working. Floor around the pool dirty and slimey. Communal doors stained and lots of oily fingerprints. On Monday morning there were still confetti bits on the floor from Saturday. Generally would not recommend.

The bedroom had a damp smell, we bought an air freshener. The bed was firm & creaky when we turned over in bed. Bathroom tiles need a deep clean ( black mold). Receptionist, friendly & efficient as were the restaurant staff. Pool receptionist unfriendly & abrupt.

Great stay for a good price

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Vincent on reception was great! So friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very noisy, i was reluctant to move in the night. Sink was cracked which is extremely unhygienic. Pool area was nice. Changing rooms weren't great. Shower cubicles small, only a rainfall shower head, and floors were dirty. Person is the spa wasn't the friendliest. Breakfast was lovely. Restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
