I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were unprofessional, and the room looked nothing like the online photos—there were ceiling issues, taped-up fixtures, and an overall unsafe environment. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately realized it was unacceptable, so within two minutes I went back down with my bags and requested to cancel and refund my booking. Instead of assisting professionally, the manager became aggressive, raised his voice, and even made inappropriate and racist remarks. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I had to contact the police. No refund or resolution was provided. This was one of the most unpleasant and unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking.

Very convenient to airport and public transit. Staff at the front desk were always so nice and helpful! Everything is a bit dated yes but the room is clean and comfortable and everything worked. Would stay here again while in queens!

Would not recommend, found presumably USED panties in the couch cushion 😭. Cleaning staff did not come when the room was unattended for over six hours. The front desk was personable and the decor looked nice but sanitary conditions were questionable. Also, found a hair under the comforter after first walking into the room.

The staff member working the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. However the room was very dirty. Every surface had thick dust, grime or sticky residue on it. The curtains smelled very bad. The WiFi didn't work the vast majority of the time we were there. The mini fridge didn't work- it was barely cool. We heard the electronic chime of the front door entrance go off all day and night very loudly in our room. Some of the toiletries provided were used and half empty, like the lotion and conditioner. We were in an "accessible room" and the toilet did have grab bars, however the shower was a step-in tub without a bench, and only had grab bars far inside of it. None to grab outside of the tub to assist with stepping in. There weren't any bugs which is great, and again the staff were very friendly and helpful, even accommodating early check in and assisting with my bag. But it was very hard to sleep with the door chime, the Internet not working was a major problem when there wasn't cell signal in our room either, and it was just not as functional nor clean as it should have been for the price unfortunately. Very outdated and in need of some TLC.

First off- parking is first come first serve and only 15 spots. The rooms are filthy. They was wadded, chewed up gum on the night stand. Hair balls in the restroom. Bathroom door broken- if you don’t keep open you will be locked out. The comforter was stained and there was a lot of glitter on the floor. Ended up leaving and just eating the cost of the stay.
