Thoughtfully appointed with custom art, a stainless steel kitchen and beach-ready comforts, this tranquil retreat is near top local dining, shops, 27th Ave beachfront park with grills, and an on-site pool—perfect for effortless coastal living!
24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. Quick Get away!
Was nice ! Location worked for us because the kids enjoyed the park and the beach ! But it would only work for small kids you would need a bigger space for older ones ! I would come back again! Maybe just me and the wife !
