Easy access: no stairs, no elevator, no hassle. Let the children play outside your living room overlooking the pool deck. Leave the sliders open for the warm sunshine or close them and stay cool with our new AC system. Fully furnished, ready-to-cook kitchen, all linens and bedding, and THREE cable Smart TVs. Condo comes with password protected 1-gig WIFI for all your streaming and working needs!

Fully equipped kitchen will leave you needing nothing for family meals. Primary, beach facing bedroom has King size bed, large smart TV and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two bunk beds (1 twin over twin) and another with twin over Full bed). If you put two people in full, lower bed, this bedroom sleeps 5!

Rental comes with beach chairs, outdoor chairs. Just walk out the sliders to pure enjoyment. Don't like the sand, hang out on the chilled/heated pool. Sunrises, though early, will become a favorite time of your life. Shared Condo laundry is locked and directly out of front door - no hauling laundry around the property. Coming in an RV or pulling a boat, PLENTY of parking. This unit lacks nothing other than you and your family.

Everything went so smoothly with arrival and entering the unit and the host (also traveling) was very communicative and accessible. We liked the unit and the counter top ice maker was helpful. We didn't spend enough time in the unit because we were visiting family staying in NSB, but I do like the location and how many beds it had! Consider this unit if visiting NSB! We are Orlando locals and know how hard it is to find beach front rentals for less than one week (most rent monthly) so this was a rare find. Lots of restaurants within 5 min drive which was necessary for us and also close to nature park. A chartered boat tour with turtle mound would be a great addition to an NSB stay, it's right next to a known seafood and river front restaurant and only an 8 min (approx) drive from condo. I definitely recommend this unit for your stay.

If you are looking for the best beach vacation, then look no further than this unit inside Surfside Condominium. Its ground floor location with makes it ideal for the short walk to the pool and ocean. The setup is everything you could ask for when traveling with kids. We have been to Surfside for many years and will always choose to stay here. Lee is a phenomenal host and will ensure you are well taken care of.
