Was okay, but not great

Hi! So this place was super cute, check in was easy, great location, beach was beautiful and very close. But.. there were roaches in the room :( alive and dead. We went to pull the couch out in the living room to make a bed for my son but there were about 10 dead roaches underneath.. And then in the girls room where they were sleeping, they had 2 coaches crawling on their clothes. So it sucked because it was super cute and great location but we barely slept because we were nervous about bugs crawling on us while we slept :(

Good for families. Quiet.

The condo was extremely equipped if you plan to cook. Nice and clean. TV's and wifi were great.Friendly residents.Hostess communicated quickly. and was great. This was our second stay at this community. They have made some improvements. Longer pool hours would be nice.The lock on front door sticks, so you may have open it is hard to tell. Just steps to the beach. Beautiful! Thankful to be able to stay.

Great view and sounds

Being right on the ocean was exactly what we were seeing. Accommodations were as expected and communication with managers went well. One odd thing was lack of bath tissue and simple hand soap in the unit for a week long stay. It was only set up with enough for a day. Otherwise, it was great

Beach Vacation

We were very satisfied with our vacation at the Colony Beach Club. The property was as stated. Our balcony overlooked the pool and gave us beach view which was very good for the older people in our group who could watch the grandkids play. We liked the covered parking which protected our vehicles from storms.
