Good stay. Comfortable accommodations, a pleasant diversion from the over run beach condos we usually stay at. Delicious breakfast as well. Close to everything, at tentative host that went the extra mile to get up early to make us a hot breakfast to go as we had to check out very early.

Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right.

Hidden gem

The property was perfect for our stay. The food was fantastic! The room did get a little warm at night due to sharing a thermostat with other rooms but extra fans were provided to help. The room was good size and the bathroom was very large. Very clean property and friendly owners!

This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water.
