A216 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!

We call this unit an "ocean view townhouse". This is a two-story unit boasting ocean views from the interior rooms of your unit. Take a short walk outside or just sit in your recliner and watch the waves. The kitchen is bright and clean with white cabinets, granite counter tops, a beautiful tie back splash, and stainless steel appliances. The living room has wonderful ocean views and slider doors that flow directly out to the balcony. The master is spacious with a king size bed that over looks the ocean. The spare bedroom has two twin beds, both have TV's for your viewing pleasure after a long day in the Florida sun. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs between the two bedrooms and the other conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Enjoyed our stay at Winsan, as always. Glad that the repairs/renovations seem to be finished, at last. Hopefully this coming storm season will be kind to the area. Unit A216 is well-stocked, attractive and comfortable. A larger TV in the living room would be nice. We look forward to our return in 2021.

February 2026 stay

The unit was clean and had a 'fresh feel' to it, although had a lot of nik-nak clutter. The internet was glitchy much of the time. Sliding doors did not lock going out to the deck. And no hair dryer…just a heads up. The condo was clean, but worn. It will not deter us from returning, although getting a response from the booking team is challenging…still have not heard back regarding next year. The Win-San community is fun and the view and access to the beach is amazing.

Wasn't able to use our balcony all the time due to the construction. One of my relatives stepped on a rusty screw that wasn't picked up by the workers. Noise, dust, scaffolding and yellow construction roped off areas. Pool Heater was turned off. Pool water temperature was cold. Our condo inside facilities were very nice.

The unit was wonderful. It was a huge disappointment that we were not able to use our balcony though. The only complaint that we had was that we had to purchase toilet paper! I just feel like when you spend that kind of money, it should be provided. Other than those few things, we had a wonderful experience.
