Good location for where I needed to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, kindly helped with luggage and showed me to my room. Due to Holi festival, they brought breakfast to my room. Breakfast was very good.

The managers and their responsive team worked very seamlessly to make the sure our staying was a pleasant one. They helped us very effectively to bookings of train trips and hotel stay (as well as our transportation to the train station) to Agra where we enjoyed visiting Taj Mahal and its surroundings. The hotel is centrally located next the metro station and close to vibrant shopping scenes (high ends and street vendors alike). We liked our stay and the staff here so much that we came back to the hotel for our remaining time in Delhi after Agra. In addition, the breakfasts were fulfilling and good.

The staff is wonderful, every one of them right from the doorman to the guys at the reception. Located right at the center of a very busy market. If you are a peace and quite kind of a person it is not for you but I love the bustle of the city and I loved it. Any small deficiencies in the room are made up by the amazing staff. Walking distance to Delhi Metro..
