The sandy swimming lake is just 300 feet away, providing a great place for children. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including two kayaks, a beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, a gas barbecue, and more. The location is super central, just 10 miles from Marquette, 57 miles from Pictured Rock, and 88 miles from Houghton.
End your day in the enclosed, well-furnished outdoor backyard or enjoy the heated garage. Located in Negaunee, just 10 minutes from downtown Marquette, the location is convenient to local grocery stores. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including hiking and biking at the Al Quaal Recreation area. It`s perfect for day trips to Pictured Rock and Houghton, so you can truly experience all that the Upper Peninsula has to offer.

Great location, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The fenced in yard for the dogs was great. Our only issue was we had a lot of spiders in the living area. Other than that everything was perfect!
