We had an incident where we came back to our room around 3:30pm to find housekeeping had left our door open while we were gone(they weren’t supposed to be in our room regardless) We were very uncomfortable and decided to leave our stay. Hotel only refunded 1 night as we didn’t leave till 4 despite us getting out as soon as we realized what happened. Other than that, motel was acceptable but very loud and walls were thin. Also noted that the pull out couch was almost unbearable to sleep on that we actually slept on the floor instead.

It’s your typical affordable U.P motel. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was only toast, cereal, a couple small muffins, and a little OJ, milk, and coffee. The room have not been updated in probably 40+ years, but were clean. The AC unit did not work. It’s not bad for the price.

Great place to stay

This is our go-to place to stay when we come to Marquette. It’s a unique place to stay, half of the place has a retro vibe while the other half seems more modern. The pool, sauna and hot tub have always been working when we stay here. Breakfast is always good, the rooms have always been clean, and the staff is friendly. You also can’t beat the prices!
