It’s a perfect place for 2 couples or a small family. Watch glistening sunset reflections year around on the Santa Rosa Sound from the front deck. You are a few steps away from the Santa Rosa Sound, or a 5-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. You will be treated to many other extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, and ice chest, with no host fees. This home includes a Smart TV in living room and in each bedroom. You will be amazed by the glowing hue of the master suit which features the most complimented amenity reviewed - the comfort of the king bed. The master bedroom has glass French doors that provides access to the back deck. To close each day, you can relax as the Master Suite boasts a large garden tub in the master bath. My husband and I rent quite often, and this house was probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need, and was so organized. Definitely recommend, and will be renting again in the future as we're frequent visitors to Navarre.

We had an amazing stay at this home. Loved being so close to beach, just a 5-minute walk. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a great view of the sound. Great location with amazing views

This was the perfect house for our family of three. We loved sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings overlooking the sound and even saw some dolphins. It was an easy walk to the beach and the house came with plenty of beach towels and all the things you need for a great beach day. We were looking for a quiet place for a relaxing beach vacation and we got it. Dena was so attentive and the house was pristine. We loved every minute!

The description online is exactly what you get. Dena was very attentive to insure we had all we needed. Beach access was close and watching the sunset over the bay on front balcony in the evening was very relaxing. Three old sisters hanging out together needed that. 😊

Amazing property

My husband, and I and our 2 boys (11 & 9) stayed here and had the best vacation. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The owner was easy to communicate with and lovely. The outdoor space is awesome. We loved the view of the bay and watching the dolphins in the morning. We rented a golf cart for beach excursions, which was really nice to have. We ate a Scooters multiple times bc it was so good. We just wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Best VRBO in Navarre!!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Navarre, this is the place! Everything about this house was wonderful! The home was immaculate, the amenities were awesome, neighborhood was quite and peaceful, and watching the view of the dolphins from the front deck was the highlight of our mornings and evenings. I can't say enough good things about this rental! Just do it!!

Beautiful vacation spot

The house is in a great spot with beautiful views of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and the owners provide lots of extras for cooking, first aid, towels, and toiletries which were really nice to have. We caught lots of fish in the canals around the house. Also enjoyed the white sand beaches. Great quiet beach for a vacation.

Comfortable and Relaxing Beach House

This beach house had everything my wife and I needed for our week of shark fishing on Navarre Beach. There are two leather recliners that were a welcome relief after our long days. The kitchen area is spacious as well as a large picture window overlooking the inlet. The stacked washer/ dryer combo was very handy. We would normally do a load after each day at the beach. There are two bathrooms, the largest being attached to the master bedroom. The king bed was extremely comfortable. It made for a great night's rest. There's an attached garage under the main house. I wasn't quite able to fit my truck in it but that didn't bother me in the least. There is a nice firepit out back but after fishing each day for 12-13 hours we were too tired to use it. My wife especially enjoyed her coffee at the table in front of the picture window. Dena was helpful with any questions we had and made our stay even better. We highly recommend this property and plan on coming back next year.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home for fall break. Short walk to the beach that was easy with a 10 year old and 6 year old. Owner was very responsive and we even added a night at the end of our stay. Very accommodating!

Family vacation

This property was just perfect. It was so nice having the beach necessities there so we didn't have to pack them. The sunsets from the bay side are the best in Navarre Beach, and the large open kitchen window gives you a great view. Many mornings we got to watch the dolphins feed right outside our window. Also the beds were so comfy! I think our favorite thing about this property was the fire pit. We love to camp so sitting around a fire as a family is one of our favorite pastimes.

Great location

We had an amazing stay at the beach cottage. It was very clean, beds are super comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owners provided cute souvenirs for us and our two children. They even provided wood logs for the outdoor fire pit, that we truly enjoyed. We were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the front balcony and spotted a few dolphins. We didn’t have many beach days to enjoy until last day when we had to check out, so the owners extended our check out time, just so we can go to the beach and enjoy the sun. We are planning on coming back again!

Great spring visit

The homeowners have very thoughtfully provided everything you would need for a great stay here. You can tell that they love their home. The view is amazing. The dolphins really do swim in the inter-coastal water across from the house. The backyard fire pit was such a treat to sit around and make s’mores. When we asked about using the grill, charcoal magically appeared. (The owner was on site but we never heard or saw him.) You can walk to the beach, with chairs and beach towels that are provided for you. Best surprise: when we arrived, the owner had put a small birthday cake and birthday candles for my wife’s birthday in the fridge! The owners definitely want you to enjoy yourself and have a great time on your vacation.

Wonderful beach house

This is our second time renting this house and it's always clean and the owner is very responsive. They provide full-size body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner for each of the bathrooms, as well as coffee and extras in the kitchen, and beach toys. They also have access to basically every TV app you'd want in both bedrooms and the living room. This is in the perfect location with beach access across the main road in the oceanside of the island and then national seashore right down the road. Love it!!

Great for family of 4

Beautiful sunset views from the front porch. Easy public beach access and sound access just steps away. Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all. Best part and alternative to hotels giving us two showers saving time for cleaning up at the end of the day.
