This is Navarre Towers Unit 102. This is basically a brand new condo with a full renovation and professional decor. The layout is excellent - the Master Bedroom is a King bed with full on suite bathroom (renovated). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a new twin bed (recently added), additionally we have a roll away twin so the condo comfortably sleeps 6. This condo is under brand new ownership and before the unit was placed on the rental market a contractor and professional decorator were hired to make this the nicest condo in the building.
The access to the beach is awesome! You exit out the sliding doors to the balcony and then it is a few steps through the grassy area to the beach walk over which puts you right on the sand. Navarre Towers is full of excellent amenities. Please take a look at the pictures. You have a very large pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and a gym. Additionally, in the pool area is a common grilling area for your use. Navarre Towers has a great tradition as a very well maintained and family friendly condo complex and we are proud to offer this beautiful unit for the discerning vacationer.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 and the minimum age requirement is 25. The condo is fully equipped and fully furnished, it should have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The owner has upgraded the electronics with all new Smart TV's and upgraded the wifi (use your own accounts, and there is some Roku live channels) and we provide free wifi access to our guests. Navarre Towers Pool Information: The pool is NOT heated between November 1st and March 1st. The pool heater only has the capacity to increase pool water temperature 10 degrees above ambient air temps, to extend swimming season, March 2nd thru October 31st. If ambient air temperature is cold during the months the pool is heated, it will still only get the pool to about 10 degrees above ambient air.
