This home was very clean and comfortable. The large refrigerator and newish appliances were very much appreciated. The bedrooms and baths were also clean and large.The outside decks were very nice and we spent most of our time there. We loved the swing and in late April, the decks provided a nice breeze now and then.The lower deck was also very comfortable and perfect for sunning and sipping fancy cocktails with a good book.What I WISH I knew before I booked this house:I've re-read the VRBO listing and the Blue Moon listing. This is the first time that I have found and booked a vacation rental on VRBO that then referred me to the Property Management Company for further booking and stay information so it was a bit confusing at times.Neither advertisement mentioned that this property had no sound access. I didn't find out until I had reserved and paid and read the property HOA rules and regs provided by Blue Moon. This was VERY disappointing. Not only did we not have access (and, yes, there is a public access a few blocks away but you would have to drive with beach gear) but, even from the Crows Nest Deck, you could not see the sunset over the sound due to houses blocking the view. The view to the sound was limited to a small, triangular view towards the bridge that was largely blocked by a large Palm and Pine Tree.Overall, a very nice, clean and comfortable house but not for me because of lack of sound view and access.
