The Sandpiper Suite... this vibrant condo is located in the Sun Dunes complex and is located directly on the Gulf of America! Sleeps 5.

This unit is located on the fourth floor of the building with spectacular views of the water and a pool for your enjoyment. There is an elevator located in the building.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is located on the white sand beaches of Navarre Beach, Florida. Enjoy the emerald green waters and the sun kissed sky views. Also, enjoy the longest fishing pier in Florida.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration:

Master bedroom (Queen) with Full En-suite Bathroom (Shower/Tub Combo): Sleeps 2

Bedroom 2 (1 full bed): Sleeps 1

Full bathroom located in the hallway (Shower).

Living Area has a pull out queen sofa bed: Sleeps 2

The Balcony provides a spectacular view of the sunset! The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom.

For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, and much more!

The main open area is perfect for guests to relax and socialize while looking out onto the beautiful sugar white sands of Navarre Beach. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and living room. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Full size washer and dryer are available and located in the condo.

Beach chairs (to be taken to the beach) are in the unit provided for your enjoyment. There are also beach towels for guest use.

Community charcoal grills located on the westside of the building.

Limit of 2 vehicles per unit. Trailors, boats, jet skis, large trucks, golf carts, and motor homes are not permitted on Sun Dunes property.

Carts are available for luggage and groceries. Carts must be returned immediately after use.

TOILETRIES and SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, razors, facial wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, Dish towels, bath/hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels. In addition, a blow dryer in each bathroom.

Groceries and other needs are just a few miles away over the Santa Rosa Sound bridge, with Publix, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Pharmacies and Medical only 5 miles away, keeping Navarre a true and beautiful getaway destination.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Condos: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

*Please Note:

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.

*Bringing any type of pet into the home.

*Smoking/Vaping in or around the home.

*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
