Great Location

We needed a place to stay near the Navarre Pier for a wedding. This was perfect. It has plenty of room for a family and is well kept. The owner gave very good instructions and information. We couldn't have been happier with this stay!

Great view. Comfortable beds. Some of the dishes were not cleaned well when we got there, so did a little rewashing and it was fine. Water pressure not great when others are showering at same time, but being 17 floors up could be the issue. Overall a beautiful and cozy property. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was very nice, 17th floor with amazing views. Love the patio furniture and well decorated inside. A few minor things the owner needs to address would give it a 5 star but they are easy fixes.

Navarre beach trip

The overall stay at Beach colony west was not the greatest. The listing said that there was a hot tub (a huge deciding factor of where we booked) and there was not a hot tub. They since took that down after I brought it to attention.. they had water issues throughout our whole stay and kept shutting the water off without notice.. the area lacked things to do, resulting in us traveling to other places for entertainment.. that will definitely be my only trip to Navarre.

We had a wonderful time! Beach Colony is our favorite condo! This condo actually is our favorite! It was our first time staying on the 17th floor. We will never stay any lower! The condo was beautiful! The view was amazing! We are already planning/booking for 2025!

Beautiful, clean Condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. The only negative we had was the parking garage only has a 6ā€™8ā€ clearance on one side and 7ā€™1ā€ on the other. It was not tall enough to fit our Honda pilot with a cargo box on top. There were some oversized vehicle parking spots but not many so parking was a little bit stressful. I did not count this against our stay of course because this is not the property owners fault. Melanie responded quickly to all questions I had and we didnā€™t have any problems with her. If it werenā€™t for the parking I would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

We last stayed at this condo the July 4th week of 2020 and even though we stay at the beach Colony every year found its availability for this year. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme. Dealing with Melanie was a pleasure. Melanie responded to all of my questions about our stay and some minor problems immediately after receiving the email. I will definitely try to stay with Melanie next year.

Fantastic, beautiful condo

This was the most posh, lovely and spacious condo I have ever stayed in. The property manager, Melanie, was prompt, polite and very pleasant. I hope this unit will be available for rental next year. A 5 star experience, to say the least.

Best Colony West PH1C

We loved the condo. It worked well for our family. We love Navarre Beach and needed a larger place this year as each of our daughters brought guest. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was exactly what we needed. This will definitely be in our consideration for future visits to Navarre.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice and clean. The view is beautiful. The kitchen pots, pans, etc was the best of any condo I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the extra blankets. We wished there would have been more towels in the bathrooms, a simple thing that would make a big difference. Also, there is no bathroom at the pool or anywhere outside. That was a pretty major inconvenience.

Perfect in every way

I can't say enough about this amazing place. It located in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store, and the fishing pier. The 17th floor balcony is perfect. It has plenty of space, and the view is so beautiful! The interior has a split floor plan, and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Whomever designed the layout did an excellent job. The owners have put a lot of thought and hard work into this place and it shows. Even the little things were so appreciated, like having chip clips in the kitchen for opened bags. I've stayed at hundreds of condos along the coast, this was my absolute FAVORITE! This was a spur of the moment trip with only my husband and myself, but we will definitely return with our children. I'll also be back with my girlfriends for a girls trip. I will never book another place in Navarre.

Teacher Spring Break Get Away

We had the most incredible time at this stunning condo! One of the most wonderful properties Iā€™ve had the chance to stay at, and definitely the best balcony!! Equipped with high quality comfy furniture, the patio makes for a perfect breakfast location šŸ˜„ the beach chair and umbrella service company is incredibly friendly and convenient! If you havenā€™t stayed in Navarre, itā€™s the absolute best! All the beauty without all the people, yummy food options close but drivable to Pensacola Beach or Destin if you want. Weā€™d love to stay here again!

Relaxing trip to Navarre Beach
