ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Beautiful condo along the river

Cozy, relaxing environment right along the river. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping. Nice secure parking lot, well lit up. While sitting on the balcony watching wildlife and the barges going by - we had friendly neighbors around us. Will stay again

Great stay!

I surprised my husband with SEC tickets and booked this condo through VRBO. My husband and I loved where we stayed and how close it was to everything. The host was excellent, super friendly, and very informative. Parking garage was huge and spacious. The condo was right up the steps. Loved the modern style of the condo. However, the condo is on an industrial part which did not bother us, but you heard everytime the train came through. I still give this place 10 stars, and hope to come back again! Thank you!

Close to downtown and tucked away near the river. The apartment met the needs of our family and was a pleasure to stay in. We recommend especially if you require ample parking for larger vehicles/trailer towing. Communication was excellent and check in/out process was a breeze.

Riverfront Condos

Very nice little condo. I travelled with my adult daughter and it suited our needs perfectly. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the couch was a great napping spot! The building was quiet and we felt safe and comfortable. The host was very good about communicating information and responding to questions.

Very misleading

Host was very good about contact, but property definitely not worth the price. Expected upscale experience, got more like a thrown together apartment of hand me downs. You can get a room in actual walking distance for over 100 less a night. Don’t recommend unless you don’t care about the neighborhood and the long walk to Broadway. Lots of issues with the upkeep of the property.

Overall was a good place to stay. Pros: super close to downtown with plenty of Ubers to get you around. River front was neat. Bed was comfortable. Cons: odor in the condo had to air it out and floors were sticky but we had access to a mop and some pine sol. So that helped

Great Value

This was a last minute booking for us. The host was very fast to respond and accept. The checkin instructions were well written and accurate.The property was very clean and had absolutely anything you could need to be cozy and comfortable. In addition, the host provided a GREAT list of places to see/go and eat. Everyplace we ate was a 10!The only negative is that you hear running water through the walls when neighbors flush or shower (very frequently). If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.Otherwise, this is a great little place close to everything and, you can't beat the price! Also, as the host states, no Car needed.

Good Experience

A very clean and well appointed property. There is a small deck overlooking the river that was very nice for morning coffee. The walk to Broadway was reasonably short. After a night of food and drink we found ourselves making use of the electric scooters, that are plentiful on the route, for our trip back. I would recommend this property.

Very cute condo! Enjoyed the balcony chairs and table. Comfortable beds and couch. Provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Multiple plug ins and usb ports in bedroom and sound machine. In an area with some construction and a few blocks walk to Broadway but was not a bad walk at all always felt safe. Would recommend!

Nice cozy condo. Good location. Walked to Broadway for shopping, restaurants and bars. Found a few other places that were more laid back and only a few blocks away. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings.

So cozy and cute

Once we arrived and had any questions or concerns the property manager was super quick at responding to our messages. I loved how cute the apartment was and the view from the balcony. I would say it’s like a 20-25 minute walk to broadway but the drive is only around 8 minutes so we drove a lot, but that wasn’t a super big deal to us. Would stay again!

Senior Year Trip to Nashville

My friends and I stayed here for our senior year college trip and we had the most wonderful time. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed during our time here. I would defintily stay here again and recommend it for !!
