The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New master shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.
Keyless front door entry with code changes between each guest. Current updated cleaning practices during pandemic.

Perfect Home
Property is located in a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. It’s a very short drive away from downtown Franklin. The coffee bar and snacks were much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stay in vacation homes around the world. This time in TN with friends. This home is one of the best. The host is amazing…with coffee, snacks, soda, water and even a pint of half and half for coffee!! Kitchen was stocked with cooking oil and spices…even a lil Easter basket with some candies! So welcoming to not have to make your first stop in your vacation the grocery store to utilize the reason for a vacation home..the kitchen! We will absolutely stay here next time in TN and highly recommend others do the same. Vacation rental owners should take lessons from this host…absolutely perfect stay!!

Beautiful, inviting home
We were extremely pleased with our stay at this beautiful home in Franklin. The house was modern and tastefully decorated, with plenty of extra towels, linens, toiletries and basic necessities in the kitchen, including a stocked coffee bar! Very comfortable and clean. The Host was very inviting, left clear instructions, as well as a welcome message for our arrival with great recommendations to local restaurants for our stay. Overall, a perfect experience and we hope to be able to stay again next time we are in the area!!!

The house was a perfect size for our family of seven that stayed down in Franklin. The owner was quick at responding to messages. The place was clean and it was super thoughtful to have a mini coffee bar set up with cream and sugar ect. The location is easily accessible to grab food and groceries.

Property is well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 6. Property owners had coffee and creamer available at arrival which was great because we didn’t have time to stop at store. Great location, just a 25 minute Uber drive to broadway and bars!

My husband and i stayed with my daughter, her husband and my grandson in order to spend Christmas with my son and his famiy who live there. There was plenty of room, even to host Christmas dinner for all of us and everything we could have needed was available in the kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas (there was even a 7 foot tree decorated) and was roomy with plenty of seating for gathering. The outdoor space in the back yard looked inviting but the weather did not cooperate.The iocation was convenient to Nashville, and downtown Franklin, Interstate 65 and lots of shopping and restaurants.
