Nice breakfast and the kitchens were reasonably stocked so that we could eat in a few times. Well located. However parking in the hotel was a ridiculous price, $55 for a spot. Happy we only rented a car for two days.

The check-in is a little confusing because it's on the 6th floor, & the building itself has 2 hotels, both Marriott. There was 3 elevators for 21 floors, & 1 was out always out of service. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was the same for all my stay, and the line to make waffles was always super long because there was only 2 waffle makers. The hotel is close to a lot of walkable restaurants, bars, & coffee shops. If you're a light sleeper, I probably wouldn't recommend you staying here. You can hear people stomping on the floor above, drunk people outside at night, & loud vehicles as well. Makes sense, but overall, my stay was average.

Our stay at Residence Inn was mixed. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly both times we interacted with him. The pool was freezing and really disappointed my kiddo that he couldn’t swim. The room needed upgrades but the bed was comfortable. The common spaces in the hotel were nice and the location was fantastic.

Really loved this hotel-it was renovated in recent years so rooms are like new and everything clean and in new condition. Kitchen well stocked. Great gym. Breakfast is good but some mornings can be crowded. Short walk to Bridge land Arena and Broadway plus lots of restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The only thing you need to be aware of is that if you book through Expedia or any other booking service, and not the hotel, you do NOT receive Marriott Bonvoy points which imo is unfair to members.

This hotel is in GREAT proximity to Broadway/Downtown. Very easy walk to get to Bridgestone and the surrounding bars and the Country Music HOF. Valet was a breeze and so was check-in. Our room was clean and in good shape, breakfast was decent. The elevators were a bit of a hassle (and one broke down) but that’s to be expected with a high-rise hotel. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Nashville Hockey Trip in March 2025

First class hotel, friendly staff, excellent rooms, hotel overall very clean with current decor and the location to Nashville activities sets it off. The breakfast buffet is amazing and maintained throughout the hours offerred with a nutrious menu. The staff goes above to ensure you are having a great experience.

Great location. Helpful staff, nice pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was decent, although the dining are was really crowded. Biggest issue was the noise - people partying in their room next door literally all night long. Walls are thin unfortunately. Also fans in the rooms come on and off all night and are super loud.
