The room was nice. The restaurant was good. We stayed here and paid extra for a shuttle to the airport. They took us to the airport. But no one ever came to pick us up on the return flight. I called three times. We waited for over an hour and had to get an Uber.

Checked in late, but it was convenient. They have pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Overall room is clean. Had a not so great experience with phone booking, the lady kind of forced me to give card details for bookings. I suggested to complete the process at the check-in counter but she said she won't give me airport shuttle without booking. After giving card details, she said shuttle is not operating now!

When we checked in, there was a group of women in the parking lot that were taking photos that were somewhat inappropriate. Checking in was easy in the room. The couch had something on it. We were not comfortable sitting on it. It looked dirty. The bathroom had random pairs laying around the event we were attending that night. We got in about 1:30 in the morning and you could tell there was some inappropriate activity going on in the hotel
