Check-in was super easy. The lady at the desk was fantastic - she had a great personality and sense of humor, which, after driving on the road all day, I appreciated. The hotel shares the same building as Sleep Inn, so that was a bit confusing at first. Breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was nice and accommodating, the breakfast had a fair selection. The smell everywhere from the entrance to the pool and rooms was a unpleasant however we still used the pool a little bit. We like that the property is so close to food and shopping options. The rooms are equipped with a little kitchen. Maybe booking through expedia should be improved.

This place is an extended stay place that was not advertised that way. There was dried blood on the wall but the thermostat in our room. There was a shady person hanging around the front and inside the lobby. If I would have known all this there is no way I would ever stay here. We felt very unsafe at this hotel. I asked to cancel my room for the second day and was told no even though I bought insurance. I’m fighting that and will be asking for my money back. The entire hotel if you want to call it that… smells like mold and homeless people. Even if I was desperate I would rather sleep at a rest stop. I’m not a difficult person or entitled person but this place was beyond disgusting.

Booked this due to kitchenette and amedies. Well laundry room was down. The only ice machine on 1st floor worked but couldnt even get more than 5 cubes. The kitchenette came with 1 pot. Asked for anything they had was given 1 cup 1 fork no frying pan no utensils to cook no plates. So couldnt use the kitchen. No gym and cleanliness not the best. I dont mind lady bugs could be worse but our room had dozens of them on us while sleeping. There is better hotels in the area at cheaper rate
