Easy to get everywhere you need and just a little dangerous
We enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate and the place was built well for traveling groups. Each room had a huge closet and a private bathroom, plus more guest bathrooms in each floor. Good proximity to restaurants and events.
Things out of the owner’s control: gunshots. So many gunshots starting around 3am and lasting until 6:30am. I’m familiar with gunfire, but they were close enough to the house that we heard them say “oh well, I’m out of bullets.” We had to leave early on Sunday, but we waited until 7:30am, just in case. Otherwise, it’s a relatively quiet neighborhood. Looks like a lot of vacation rentals in the area.
Things within the owner’s control: he’s in the process of replacing some of the furniture like the common area couch. He was very responsive to our inquiries and made efforts to replace items while we were there.
Overall, we were happy with the way things turned out. A few furniture improvements and conveniences like hangers in the closet would make the stay even better, but we left satisfied with our time in Nashville.
