This condo was in a great location to enjoy all of Nashville. Easy walk to Broadway and pick up for a Lyft ride to other locations. Condo was clean and comfortable with a view of the bridge and river so pretty at night. Perfect setup for friends traveling together with a bedroom and bathroom at either end of condo. Highly recommend!

This place was great. A few wear and tear flaws but other than that it was clean and easily accessible. Super close to broadway and the rugby fields which is why we were down there. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

I’m not one to focus on the negative, so I’ll start with the positives. The location was good about a 25-minute walk to downtown. The room itself was very basic but manageable for our two-night stay. It could have been cleaner, and one of the bar chairs needs repair or replacement. We had booked for five people but only four of us came, which was fortunate because the space would have felt quite cramped otherwise. The balcony was not very usable for our group. There was only one metal bench that fit two people comfortably, there was no shade, and many gnats made it unpleasant to sit outside. The biggest issue was that our room was located right next to the garbage area in the hallway. There was a very strong odor, and since the hallway to the elevator was long, we had to walk through it each time we left. At one point we were covering our faces and rushing through it. On the second day, the smell made my sister so sick that she had to vomit in a bag in the elevator. The odor eventually entered our room, which caused us to check out earlier than planned. The owner said he would contact maintenance, and while the smell briefly improved, it returned later. He also mentioned that we were the only guests who had complained. I was not asking for a refund I only wanted to make him aware of the issue but unfortunately there was no sympathy shown.

Kurt is excellent great response to questions. The fobs did not work to work out room or top floor not sure why. Garbage cans left out in hallways by tenants for a couple of days stinking not sure why happens either. The whole hallway smells like baby diapers.

Host was very welcoming! Location was great. Ubers plentiful. A few minor complaints about the unit. No sufficient lighting in bedroom closets. Replaced a bulb from a lamp to be able to see. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. A few scuffs here and there (master bathroom, dents in wall). But overall very nice layout.

The condo is a great location for downtown access. We were out exploring more than we were in the condo, but it provides everything needed. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, great water pressure in the showers, equipped kitchen and tvs in each room. The condo was clean and smelled good. Garage parking and stairwell access was faster than taking the elevator and walking back around the other side. Kurt was responsive before and during the stay. I recommend this condo for anyone who wants to see downtown easily.
