Huge Hendrix Penthouse - Beds for everyone

Welcome to the Hendrix Penthouse.
This huge 3000 sqft. low-rise condo is one of the largest of its kind and is nestled in the heart of Nashville. Walk to several great bars and restaurants, or hop in a short 5-8 minute Uber to the Broadway Honky Tonks!

This vacation rental differs from most because of its large spacious rooms in comparison to the usual tight quarters so common in downtown spaces. You certainly don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other in this home! There is even a multitude of sleeping arrangements to meet yours and your traveling companion’s needs.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and abundant closet space. There are a total of 13 beds allowing you to spread out during your stay.

The large kitchen features an expansive island with 4 bar stools and all the appliances you need to prepare food at home. There is a dining table that seats 8 - 10 people and a plethora of seating within the living room while you relax in front of the giant flat screen TV. 4 additional bar stools surround the pool table, so there is a spot for everyone to hang out. Additionally there are two balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of Nashville from. The main balcony boasts exterior cafe style lighting, a large drinks container and a gas fire pit to sit and share stories around under the stars. If you are planning a low key night in or just getting warmed up for a night out, then you’ll be pleased to know we have a closet full of games and jigsaw puzzles to keep you entertained…
We even have a garage space dedicated to hanging out with games such as golf pong to enjoy!

Here is a breakdown of the sleeping arrangements by area:

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with en-suite bathroom, 2 walk in closets, flatscreen TV and even a private balcony. Located on the main level (Sleeps up to 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Located on the upper level (Sleeps up to 2)
Bedroom 3 - Two twin mattress bunkbeds with en-suite bathroom. Located on the upper level (Sleeps up to 4).
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed plus an additional twin mattress bunkbed. Bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. Located on the upper level (Sleeps up to 4)
Flex space - Two twin mattress bunkbeds. Located between the ground floor and main level living, this flex space is set aside from the rest of the house purely as an overflow sleeping area should you and your guests prefer individual beds to some of the queens provided within the house. (Sleeps up to 4)
