Booked through Expedia and when we arrived, the front desk had no record. Took 15-20 minutes to check us in, with front desk person saying he had to "rebook" us in Hilton system. To add insult to injury, got billed by Expedia and hotel, which means I now have to spend more time untangling the mess.

The front desk didnt give us the room we paid for. There was a large party with lots of kids so loud we had to be moved. (Banging on walls and screaming) we were moved to another floor the party wasnt on but still didnt get the room we paid for. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff excellent. We could have insisted but were too tired to complain. Honestly overall was a good stay just large party taking up the hotel. Very good hotel...

There needs to be more lights in the rooms. The rooms are dark and the outlets beside the beds would not work. There was too much chlorine in the pool. The smell was so strong. Other than that the property was fabulous.
