Nice pool, comfortable beds, good size room, mini fridge and microwave. The calking/ paint in the bathroom was so poorly done I couldn’t not notice it. No painting was done to match or cover up the fix and it just made me think, “this is one of the reasons they don’t charge more.” This didn’t take away from the cleanliness or comfort, but the lack in upkeep did take away from the joy of staying in a nice getaway.

Breakfast was decent. Waffles, sausage, eggs, buscuits, and southern gravey. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs more attendants, kids left it a mess and tables weren't cleaned quickly. Otherwise, good stay.

I stayed here very last minute due to being tired. It was clean, quiet and convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating. I didnt get to experience the actual breakfast since I do not eat pork, the muffins were ok and the juice was good. I would stay here again.

The staff was very kind. The room had mold all the way around the bathroom door jam. The toilet did not flush. Unfortunately I was leaving for the evening and didn’t want anybody in there with my personal belongings, so I didn’t say anything. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, the milk water. Juice machine was not in working order.

Some of the furniture had holes and tears in it. I took pictures and reported it to the desk clerk. I was told that a $50 charge would be added upon checking in and removed if nothing was damaged. We were not charged for any of the damages that someone else had done. But you would think that housekeeping would have already reported it and yet nothing was done to replace it. Also, the person attending to the breakfast area was not interested in cleaning anything up. There was spilt cereal everywhere and other trash. The breakfast was “meh”. And entering the hotel parking lot was not well marked. Surprisingly, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. But the room was overpriced for what it was.

When you walk into the lobby, everything looked wonderful. We walked upstairs to our room, the ceiling above our door in the hallway. Looks like it’s gonna fall down any minute from water damage. The room was not completely painted, there was rust in the tub. There were stains all over the carpet. It was stains on the lampshade. The beds are clean. They were no bugs. But we had family staying in two other rooms and they also have problems with their rooms. The pool was too cold., Being in the indoor pool should’ve been heated. The food some was good, some wasn’t. There were no vending machines as the signs to say it on each floor that there were. I went down to the desk and asked about vending, and was told that there weren’t any. They had a few snacks there at desk for sale, a small bag of chips were $3 each. The lobby looks so beautiful I thought we had chosen a great place. When we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed.
