The staff was extremely friendly, room was exceptionally clean, they accomodated my service dog, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had an amazingly restful and peaceful night sleep. I would recommend to any traveler who is traveling in the area to stay here.10/10 would recommend. And the breakfast was delicious! Thank you.

this stay was really disappointing. The hotel itself is more like a motel. the inside room we were upgraded to had a window opening up to the hallway and the indoor pool, where a patron was smoking a cigarette. the bed had bugs in every layer of the sheets and bedding. We felt very unsafe in the area and parking lot as there were people who started walking around our car as soon as we walked away. I would not recommend.

This hotel is right off of Interstate 24. The facility is clean and reasonably priced. Very nice breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage links. A unique touch is a pancake machine where kids (of all ages) can watch their pancake being made and cooked through a see-through window.The staff is super friendly and helpful.pool was nice too. And my husband had fun in hottub(spa).all together just ignore other reviews and try it out

General Manager and the rest of the staff were phenomenal- they were all kind and attentive, making the stay very cozy and unforgettable. It was lovely to see the lady at the breakfast buffet and we definitely want to come see her again! The rooms themselves are comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of transportation- a subway, grocery stores, downtown are very close and easy to access. A shopping district and a variety of food is also nearby.

Do not stay here. I was scammed and told Expedia booked my room in the “unrenovated” section of the hotel (where they clearly rent out to section 8 housing) I needed to pay 30 dollars extra per night to stay in the renovated area. This hotel looks like a war zone. It’s dirty. The workers are scammers. Buyer beware. Expedia should drop them.

The room was very old and outdated. Wallpaper was peeling. There were stains on the floors. My bedsheet had to be changed due to red stain on it. The pool is in the middle of all the rooms, not an enclosed area, and our teen girls didn’t feel comfortable swimming with all the men walking around with phones. The TV didn’t work. The wifi was horrible. I’ll stop there, but could go on.

The room itself was ok. We had issues with the tv first thing. The morning after our first night there I discovered the refrigerator had gone out overnight and everything in it was ruined. I discovered this only after stepping onto the SOAKED carpet. Maintenance came and replaced the refrigerator and cleaned up the water in the cabinet and the floor using my towels. Had an issue getting towels replaced because maintenance took the wet towels so there were none to exchange. The hotel never offered to help to replace the spoiled food either. Now….. let’s talk about breakfast. Everything was running low and even empty, no utensils , empty orange juice and milk. That was bad enough but the worker was NOT polite and snapped at several guests. A lot of $$$ was spent for all of the issues.
