Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.
Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.
Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. 3 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and queen beds.
The location was perfect. Shopping, downtown, restaurants etc were only a short drive away.
The beds were comfy. The kitchen fully stocked. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had.
Overall the property was clean, felt safe, convenient to Downtown Nashville and surrounding sites.Nice layout and plenty of restrooms with the basics nicely supplied. You could come in with just your luggage and enjoy your stay.Blackout curtains would be nice due to a very well lit parling area. Beginning to show needs of repair and replenishment of some of the kitchen utensils.
Property was as described. Clean, everything worked no complaints.
Location to downtown Nashville is great. 10 mins from apt to entertainment district.
Property was nice and clean and suited our needs. It was far enough away from downtown, yet close enough. We liked the security of the locked gates. Property is 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Property is next to a gravel pit area so be prepared for early morning truck noise.

The property is nice and the security gates were a plus.
The property only has two full baths. It DOES NOT have three FULL BATHROOMS. It has Two showers and two half baths.
The area is central and pretty close to everything. The managers were on top of all issues.
The cleanliness of the property was very poor.
