Check in was extremely underwhelming. The host didn’t introduce himself, ask any questions or offer any information. Handed over the key and said room is paid. Not good enough when all the other hotels are a fountain of knowledge and bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. Having said that, the room was clean and spacious and reasonably close to the city centre.
