The hotel was ideally located for exploring Naples. It was in a quiet location but was within walking distance for nearby restaurants, shops and transport links.

Excellent stay for a night in naples

Booked last minute as flight home from Naples cancelled. Immediately called by hotel to arrange check in, clean, spacious room with A/C. Slightly strong fragrance in the room of an air freshener but otherwise couldn’t fault it. Ordered breakfast before bed, plenty of choice. Option for left luggage which was much appreciated so we could wander a little before heading back to the airport. Nice area with decent restaurants within ten minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Villa San Martino was truly excellent. The hospitality was unparalleled - they made sure we always had water to drink, and the breakfast pastries were some of the best we’ve ever had! We highly, highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Naples. It’s close to the Metro and Funicolare and not too far from restaurants and shopping. But it’s nice and new, clean and exceptionally comfortable. We hope to be back!

Great property. Manager is also great and very helpful. He even paid your train tickets when my credit card did not work. Highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Naples. You got to stay in this hotel.

The host David sent us a text to know when to expect us. The next day he called to check on our progress as we arrived at the Metro stop at Vanvitelli. Although it isn't too far of a walk, it was difficult walking uphill with a suitcase and a backpack going against gravity. Once we got to the villa, it was tastefully decorated and soothing to the eyes. David was very welcoming and helpful with tips, recommendations and information. I would definitely stay at this lovely, cozy villa again and highly recommend it.
