We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.

Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

The cottage is cozy and affordable. The host(s) are extremely approachable and available for questions. We will definitely be going there again next season. It will be our 4th trip. Beautiful and peaceful place for a getaway. Hot tub was nice, clean, and comfortable. Outside areas could have been a bit cleaner; front porch wasn't swept or cleaned, and the area around the hot tub was also in need of some tidying. Overall, the house was comfortable and clean inside. We loved the picture windows, and the view of the trees changing color outside them. The arcade games were fun! There are nearby restaurants wineries, and shops in Naples. And many more, if you drive a bit further.

Nice remote location near hiking areas. Host made effort to provide entertainment for guests - board games, video games, puzzles, streaming channels, etc. Cleanliness of property could be improved - spa, cobwebs and leaves all over the porch, broken chair outside, dirty grill, kitchen drawers and utensils. Cleaning products were readily available. Even saying this, we did enjoy our stay.

I absolutely loved the cottage with a feel of being surrounded by woods on top of a hill, and, being in nature! The hot tub was wonderful! Nature Getaway location is great with Naples close by with Wineries there, and Canandaigua Lake, Sonnenberg Gardens are about 30 minutes away. There is so much to do! Highly recommend this cottage! I will definitely return!

We were a disappointed in the cottage. We did not think it was peaceful since the road noise was pretty loud. The place really could use some TLC. The outside really needs a good cleaning. The porch, especially. It was dirty. The table was dirty. The grill was filthy. The outside chairs were filthy. I guess it was adequate but for the price of the place I was expecting a little bit more than adequate.

Arrived a little earlier than check in time and reached out to host to ask it was okay if we checked in early. Never heard back but it didn’t seem like the cleaning people were still there. Had a hard time opening the lock box for the key. Besides that enjoyed our stay and it was nice and quiet despite the road being busy. Would stay again!

The property is very well maintained and was very clean and welcoming. Finding the driveway was a bit of a struggle but the host responded promptly with additional directions. The bed was not very comfortable but the rest of the furiture was nice. The ac was a window unit in the living area which helped maintain a comfortable temp in the location but it struggled to cool the bedroom. Gorgeous property in a stunning area! I only cooked 1 meal but the kitchen was perfect and had the basics I needed.

Great couples get away

Stayed here with my husband and dog for the weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Remote, secluded, hot tub and fire pit were perfect under the stars. Host was communicative and easy. It’s in the woods, so expect bugs but place overall felt clean
