Bask in the warm sun in Naples minutes from downtown and the beach. Whether you're here for work or play, this enchanting villa has everything you need for a superb stay, highspeed internet & cable TV's in every bedroom. Large ranch has no steps but offers soaring ceilings. End unit feels more like a private home with lots of green space around it. Two car garage lots of driveway parking.
Spacious master has walk-in closets, seating area, separate shower and tub ensuite, double sinks. Second bedroom is steps from the second full bath w/tub & shower plus there's an additional office space with a comfy sofa bed. Great room offers the comfort of a plush leather sofa & plenty of extra seating. Formal dining + counter bar. Big eat-in nicely appointed kitchen. Stainless appliances, plenty of counter space. Cook-in for dining or grill out on the stainless gas grill. Grocery is just around the corner but do not miss "Seed to Table" local hypermarket I can promise it will delight the most discriminating foodie. Prepare to be entertained with live music and activities down on Fifth in Old Naples. Make a day trip to the Everglades for a ride on an airboat, do a short trip for an amazing bike ride in Shark Alley or play golf at one of the many amazing courses, If that sounds a bit more than your like. Enjoy a walk around the neighborhood w/lakes & fountains. Sunbathe at the Olympic size pool, play pickleball or tennis at the club house for regular card games and community get togethers for food & fun. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our villa.
