Our newly furnished home with constant professional upgrades, offers you a luxurious yet comfortable home away from home. It is conveniently located in the gated community of Masters Reserve in Lely Resort, surrounded by renowned golf courses and overlooking a spectacular lake. The Players Club & Spa offers world class resort facilities within walking distance. We also have bicycles for you to use and enjoy riding around Lely Resort and enjoying views of the golf courses and community.

We want to welcome you to our personal Luxury Vacation Home. We know you will have a fantastic time and will love living in Masters Reserve as much as we do.
Our home is in pristine condition with all new furnishings inside and outside. Three luxury bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, double garage, dining room, TV room with 60 inch Samsung Smart TV, ROKU boxes, use your own log in for Apple TV and Netflix or other APs including sports and news, WIFI, separate living room, kitchen (fridge with ice maker), nook and eat in area, includes deck chairs, dining and seating area. State of the art technology to give you a superior sense of luxury and comfort. A Harmon Kardon Audio system provides music to three rooms and also enriches the outdoor living on the sunny lanai.
You can have a splash in your own private pool, soak in the spa or enjoy a glass of wine or your favorite beverage under the screened lanai looking out onto a picturesque lake surrounded by tropical palms and wild life. Deck chairs, Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating area complete the setting for a tropical resort living.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:
Please take note that our home, both inside and its exterior including the lanai, pool area and areas surrounding our home are 100% smoke free and we have zero tolerance for anyone smoking.
Smoking includes cigars or any forms of vaporizers, tobacco or alternate means. Should you or your guest smoke we strongly suggest you find an alternate home with more tolerance.
We ask that you respect our home and likewise providing you with transparency on our policy we expect the same in return.
The damage deposit will be not be refunded when we are informed that during your rental someone has been smoking inside or outside our home.


Our fees include up to 6 guests unlike some sites that charge additional fees for more than 2 guests. Feel free to call me and discuss further.

HOUSE GUEST REGISTRATION
Daily Guest Fees apply if:
You register more than two (2) adults and four (4) children
Your registration is over 14 days.
Fees are based on registration not usage. Only register Extra Guests for days they will be at the Club.

Fees for additional guests or days are: $15+tax per adult per day
and $10+tax per child per day (under 18 years of age).
No charge for children 5 years of age or under.


House Guest Registration:
Members may register 2 adults and 4 children (under the age of 18) for up to 2 weeks (14 days) complimentary
Members must complete a registration form online in advance
All guests must check in and sign a waiver before using the amenities and to get a temporary pass
Amenities available to House Guests:

Pools, Sunrise to Sunset weather permitted. Guests must bring their own pool towel(s).
Spa appointments, based on availability
Dining and Special Events, based on availability
Tennis/Bocce/Pickleball/Basketball courts after 1pm
Fitness Center after 12pm
