I will only interact with guests if needed as I want to respect their privacy. However I still need to do maintenance on the property so depending on the length of stay I may need to mow the lawn or access the shed. Highly responsive to email or text. Property was clean and location good for restaurants and beach. However property needs many simple fixes. Peeling paint in the living room, lanai furniture was rusted and dirty and made it and uncomfortable place to relax. Backyard had a very old, dirty and useless table and chairs.

Cute place fir a beach getaway

House was great. The host even had bikes and beach accessories for your use! Rooms all had window ac units.. but that’s pretty common. We stayed cool.

Naples Beach House

The property was very clean and well located near beach and shopping. The house was very clean but it is an older property and the neighborhood is a mix of well maintained and updated homes and older not so nice houses. The property itself fit the bill but is not a luxury property.

Great property for our needs

Property was spotless and as advertised. Mireille was attentive to our (very few) questions and was a great host. The location was convenient to get to things and was perfectly sized for my wife and me. An outstanding experience!

Property was unkempt and shabby. Furniture was falling apart, bedroom fan screeched, ripped screens in screen porch, gates on fence didn’t latch, air conditioner filter needed cleaning so gave the house a musty odor. Garbage bins outside were full & could be smelled in the house. Landscaping/fire pit area was poor. Definitely overpriced & I would not stay here again.

Is as advertised!

So this was one of the cleaner VRBO’s I have stayed in. Was really impressed! It is as advertised, small but perfect for 3 of us and our dog. Great area to walk and ride bikes. Easy access to beach either by car or bike. Was a great last minute getaway and would certainly come back! Had all the amenities we needed :). Also when we did have a question/issue an immediate reponse/solution was offered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mirelli’s property in Naples. While this property was small, it was comfortable for 2 people. It is very convenient to beaches and shopping. Mirelli was very responsive when contacted. I would recommend this property.

Beware the window AC unit!

Loved the duplex, cute, although property description did not present this as a duplex, nor was access clearly marked. Window unit AC was not on when we arrived at duplex, must have been 100deg in there. Had to purchase additional fans to survive!
