The accommodations were great. The staff was very friendly. The location is in the middle of everything. Several dining options close by. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive.

Great location, uncomfortable bed. Check in wasn’t overly easy, they refused to take American Express for the tourist tax. Front desk wasn’t the easiest to work with, customer service obviously means something different there.

They had advertised that there was air conditioning but failed to inform us that it is not active all year. As a result, we had to open the windows in the evening which allowed mosquitos/bugs to come in the room and it was also very noisy which made it difficult to sleep
