I have stayed at many places through the years. The Boat House is among the best. Room is super clean as well as the entire property, the amenities are outstanding, restaurants and shopping are walking distance and the staff is superb. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. My only improvement suggestion was the pool water was cold and could use a solar cover or heater, otherwise everything was perfect.

Great little place, nice place for a quick getaway. 2 blocks from snook inn and the olde Marco inn has a nice shoppes and restaurant and outdoor bar and tavern right next door. 10 stars!

Best value on the island. Awesome deck on the water. Had Dolphin swimming around. Pool to myself. Clean room. I prefer it over the Marriott & Hilton. Better vibes. More quiet. More accessible. This place is a gem.

Quaint and Relaxing

Great spot in the off season. Chill and quaint. Beds are super comfortable. It’s sort of self service during off peak season but didn’t mind it at all. All amenities and accessories are still available if needed. Great spot for a quick weekend stay!
