Very clean, friendly staff. Beach was disappointing as the sand was mostly broken shells and painful to walk without shoes. We asked for late check out and was told they charge $50 for every hour that we stay past checkout time, which was ridiculous considering we paid so much money to stay in this hotel and everything we bought was very expensive (food/drinks). I have no problem paying the expenses of a nice hotel but being told they charge for late checkout was absolutely ridiculous

Resort was ok overall. The sunsets are beautiful. The beach was lovely, sand like baby powder and the fact that you get 2 beach chairs assigned to you for the day (part of resort fee) is great. The hotel itself & staff are fine/average. I would stay at this property again.
